Scholarships are reserved for French children living abroad with their families (at least one parent), registered in the worldwide register of French nationals living outside France and attending a school approved by the French Ministry of Education, which includes the Lycée Français International.

They are means-tested. These must be compatible with an allocation scale based on the economic and social situation of each country.

The UPMD can help families, especially single-parent families with a Vietnamese-speaking parent, to apply for school grants for their children.

In fact, every year many applications are rejected or postponed due to incorrect or missing information, which is why we offer you the assistance of a Vietnamese-speaking relative to help you with your application.
