3 – Pick up your supplies at the office during the opening hours below, along with cash (make up the balance) and a bag.

Dear Parents,
UPMD parent volunteers are on hand at the UPMD office – behind the CPE / Vie Scolaire office – at school, to provide members with certain school supplies.
Pre-order procedure 2026-2027
1 – Pre-orders must be sent by email the day before in order to be processed in time.
2 – Fill in the order form electronically in Excel – not by hand.
3 – Send it by e-mail in Excel format (not PDF) to: fournitures.scolaires@upmd.fr
4 – Pick up your supplies at the office during the above opening hours with cash and a bag.

OCTOBER 2025: The frequency of office hours will be re-evaluated (1-2 days), as required.
From NOVEMBER 2025 to JUNE 2026: Open only on Wednesdays from 10am to 2pm.

Nous ne fournissons pas de sacs donc il est nécessaire d’apporter le vôtre.
Merci de préparer l’appoint en cash correspondant au montant de votre commande, nos ressources en petites monnaies sont très limitées. Merci pour votre compréhension.
