UPMD is a non-profit association run by volunteers. The Board of Directors is its governing body. It is constituted each year at the association’s Annual General Meeting, held at the beginning of the school year (usually in October).
Executive Board
The Executive Board is made up of the most committed volunteers. Elected at the Annual General Meeting, some can devote an average of over 4 hours a day over the course of a year to the interests of all.

Like the Board, the other members of the Board of Directors are volunteers elected at the Annual General Meeting, or co-opted later in the year to help with all the association’s missions. Honorary members are members rewarded for demonstrated sustained commitment or outstanding achievements.
