⚙️ Board of Directors
Sometimes referred to as the “CA”, the Board of Directors is the governing body of our association. It is constituted each year at the association’sAnnual General Meeting, held at the beginning of the school year (usually in October).
The Board of Directors elects an Executive Committee from among its members.
🛠 Executive office
The Executive Board is made up of the most committed volunteers. Elected from among the members of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting, some can devote more than 4 hours a day on average over the course of a year in the interests of all.
🔧 Other members of the Board of Directors
Like the Board, the other members of the Board of Directors are volunteers elected at the Annual General Meeting, or co-opted later in the year to help with all the association’s missions.
Honorary members are members rewarded for demonstrated sustained commitment or outstanding achievements.
